02. Return Conditions

Purchasers are requested to ship back all corresponding product containers, whether completely unopened, partially used, or cleared, to our sorting facility.
Please consider that base shipping and handling fees remain non-reimbursable and will be subtracted from your final ledger adjustment.
All processed ledger clearings are routed automatically to the specific credit card or clearing system implemented during final checkout.
03. Settlement Period
The moment your returned shipment reaches and passes confirmation at our tracking depot, we will authorize your account settlement.
